We made a few tweaks to our Bomba Guava recipe and transformed it into a Catharina Sour! Tart & sour, with loads of tropical pink guava. We recommend drinking with a freshly squeezed orange slice to bring the perfect citrus punch into every delicious sip. A fun spin on the Bomba Guava for all of the sour lovers out there!

Mosaic, Citra, & Centennial hops give the classic citrus, stone fruit, and hint of pine combo that is a perfect match to soft oat base. Easy drinking, approachable hop presence, with a delightfully refreshing finish.

The ultimate summer thirst quencher, brewed with flaked maize to make a light & crisp lager beer. A squeeze of lime is recommended to get the full Mexican lager experience!

Our newest pale ale features a new hop variety “PINK” crafted by our friends at Jackson Hop. Soft hints of strawberry, honey, citrus, & peach. A small addition of lactose brings a silky smooth finish.
